FAQ
Did Georgians get buffed in Update 107882?
Yes and No. Their start is much smoother because the -50 food penalty was removed, and their cavalry regeneration is better. However, their unique unit, the Monaspa, was nerfed with longer train time and harder grouping requirements.
How do I get Flaming Camels as Tatars now?
You no longer need the 'Timurid Siegecraft' Castle Age technology. Flaming Camels are now automatically available in the Siege Workshop once you reach the Imperial Age.
What happened to the Monaspa?
The Monaspa was considered too oppressive in groups. The update increased their train time (11s -> 14s) and increased the number of nearby units required to trigger their attack bonus from 5 to 7.
Why was the Inca food discount changed?
There was a calculation bug where Incas were getting bigger discounts than intended on certain units. This update fixes those values to align with the intended design (Feudal: -15%, Castle: -20%, Imp: -25%).
Are Italians viable now?
The buff to Genoese Crossbowman train time (18s -> 14s) helps them mass their unique unit faster, making them a stronger counter-pick against cavalry civilizations in the mid-to-late game.
