Strategic Role
The Stable is your gateway to cavalry power. Cavalry units offer unmatched mobility, allowing you to raid enemy economies, chase down fleeing units, and quickly reinforce threatened areas.
Key Tactics
Scout Rush
Upon reaching Feudal Age, immediately queue Scout Cavalry. Use them to harass enemy villagers on wood and gold while scouting the map.
Knight Rush
In Castle Age, Knights are one of the strongest power spikes in the game. 3-4 Knights can devastate an undefended economy.
Camel Counter
If facing enemy Knights, switch to Camel Riders. They counter cavalry cost-effectively and are essential for cavalry-focused matchups.
Late Game Mobility
Hussars are excellent trash units for raiding and protecting siege. Maintain 2-3 Stables for constant Hussar production in Imperial Age.
Warning
Cavalry is gold-intensive. Secure multiple gold mines and consider transitioning to Hussars when gold runs low.
Stats Analysis
The Stable has identical stats to other military buildings. Its 1500 HP and 8 pierce armor make it durable against archer harassment.

Standard military building health. Can withstand raids but falls quickly to dedicated siege pushes.
Pierce Armor

High pierce armor protects against archer fire. A forward Stable can serve as a temporary defensive position.
Build Time

Standard construction time. Start building in late Dark Age to have Scouts ready immediately upon reaching Feudal.

Can shelter cavalry units during emergencies. Garrisoned units provide arrow fire.

Place your Stable near gold for quick Knight production. In late game, spread multiple Stables across your base to produce Hussars for multi-directional raids.
Timing Tip
Build your Stable at around 19-20 villagers for a Scout rush. For a Knight rush, have it ready before clicking up to Castle Age.
